This Giving Tuesday help set youth in foster care up for life!

Who taught you what you needed to know to live on your own?

For over 100 young people in foster care each year, FACS Niagara’s New Outlooks and Beginnings Program is that guide. It helps youth, ages 15-23, learn the life skills they need to successfully step into adulthood by giving them training and support in areas like cooking, cleaning, budgeting, laundry, interview skills, housing, healthy relationships, pet care, and so much more.

This year, the Canadian Tilling Foundation has generously agreed to match up to $12,000 raised from our community. Our goal is to raise $24,000, that will allow us to offer a full year of life skills workshops for 12 young people.
