Question: How much should I try and raise at my LemonAID stand?
We ask all participants to do their best to raise a minimum of $250, which will send one child to a weeklong day camp this summer. We ask teams of LemonAIDers to challenge themselves to raise $1,000 to send a child to a weeklong overnight camp!
We strongly encourage all participants to start fundraising before June 7 by emailing their donation link to family and friends so they can give online.
Question: Where can I find information about my LemonAID kit pick-up and drop-off times?
Answer: We will be emailing everyone a week before pick ups begin with information about your specific time slot. If you would like to know in the meantime, please email foundation@facsniagara.on.ca and we will gladly remind you!
Question: What do I get in my LemonAID Kit?
- A branded lemonade stand – all you need to provide is a 4-6 foot table
- 2L of Tim Hortons lemonade concentrate
- 100 cups
- Two pitchers
- Stickers
- Four t-shirts
- Two baseball hats
- A money pouch to hold your cash
- A sponsor sign we recommend posting at your stand
After LemonAID Day, all you need to return to us is the stand and cash donations. Everything else is yours to keep!
Question: How do I set up my LemonAID stand?

Question: What should I charge for my lemonade?
Answer: We suggest you offer lemonade “By Donation” or “Pay What You Can”. This leaves it open to people who can give different amounts. You are certainly welcome to set a price for your lemonade if you are more comfortable with that approach. You are the boss of your LemonAID stand so the choice is yours!
Question: I have a soccer tournament/dance recital/lunch with Grandma on June 7. Can I set up my LemonAID stand on a different day?
Answer: The stand is yours between when you pick it up and drop it off, so feel free to set it up on the day that works best for you!
Question: How do I make my Tim Hortons lemonade?
Answer: You will receive 2 x 1Ltr of delicious Tim Hortons Lemonade Concentrate with your LemonAID kit. To make it, mix 3 cups of water with 1 cup of concentrate.
Question: Do you provide tax receipts for donations?
Answer: Donations over $20 made to your LemonAID team online will automatically receive a tax receipt.
Question: Can I share pictures of my stand on social media?
Answer: We want to see your LemonAID stands! When sharing on social media, be sure to tag us at @FACSNiagaraFdn on Instagram, or search for Niagara Foundation for Family & Children’s Services on Facebook . You can also email them to us at foundation@facsniagara.on.ca.
Please ensure that you share pictures of your stand and your children only on your social media. Do not share pictures of other children without permission from other parents.
